Carlos Rosales

Carlos Rosales is a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach and owner of FocalPoint Coaching of Greater Houston. He has a Professional Direct Marketer Certification (PDM) from the University of Missouri, Henry Bloch School of Business. Carlos has spent over 30 years as a Sales and Marketing professional. He has sold products and services to both large and small businesses. As a small business owner, he completely understands the issues faced by business owners today.

Carlos has experience in running local and international sales teams. His career has allowed him to develop new products, establish new markets, and build and grow successful sales teams for aggressive, entrepreneurial companies experiencing rapid growth.

Carlos spent over five years working directly with Zig Ziglar as Director of Marketing for the Zig Ziglar Corporation.  He has spent many years in sales and management, establishing the building blocks for the inter-personal skills needed as well as the sales, negotiating, problem solving, strategic planning, marketing, public relations and creative, concept selling skills and relationship selling skills that carried him forward into his career as a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach.

Carlos is a member of the South Montgomery Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. Carlos is on the Friends of Scouting Steering Committee for Soaring Eagle District of the Sam Houston Area Council-Boy Scouts of America. He is also a member of the Christian Business Fellowship Association, CBFA. He lives in Spring, Texas and attends Champions Forest Baptist Church. He is happily married to Sherrill and has six children and 11 grandchildren.

Bob Weckerle

Bob Weckerle is a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach and a part of FocalPoint Coaching of Greater Houston’s Coaching Staff. He holds a Bachelor degree of Industrial Management from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University). He was a Dean’s List student at GMI, SUNYAB-Buffalo and Villanova University. He published his thesis in Organizational Communication in conjunction with his assignment at Chevrolet Motor Division in Tonawanda, New York.

Bob’s experience in Engineering, Information Technology and Sales was developed in a variety of roles at organizations such as GM, CompuShop-Bell Atlantic, Exxon, Mobil, Shell, Pennzoil, N.A.S.A., and the University of Houston.

In a consulting role, Bob has worked with a variety of executives at Mobil, Shell and N.A.S.A., and once worked with former President George H.W. Bush.  As an IT consultant at Shell, Bob successfully completed International assignments in Malaysia and India. While at Shell he streamlined work flow processes, initiated “natural” work group communications and developed several “best practices.”

Bob has won numerous awards in both sales and service during his career, and owned a successful weekend business for 12 years. He is most passionate about helping organizations achieve maximum performance through increased productivity, improved efficiency, better organization, and solid planning.
